We understand that things can change in the blink of an eye and that when it comes to traveling, unforeseen events can cause major issues. If for some reason you need to cancel a pre-existing reservation, here is what you need to know.

Cancellations & Changes:
Sedan, SUV, and 10 Passenger Vans

Personal Travel:
These reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a partial refund.

Work/School Pick-ups/Drop-offs:
These reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a partial refund.

Non-Emergent & Contractors:

13 Passenger & Larger Vehicles

These reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup time for a partial refund or full credit of your deposit on your account.

Cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours notice prior to the pickup will result in no refund and your account will be credited for deposit amount.
